Definition of “Day” Grievances

In accordance with information from the PSAC website on the definition of "day" grievances, members who have submitted grievances on this issue will be contacted by a departmental Labour Relations representative from the Department.

I have confirmed with the department that all grievances pending at the various levels of the department is being coordinated by Gisele Lagard, NDHQ/DGLRC, for resolution in accordance with the TB/PSAC MOU. If paperwork is required to be signed by the affected member, it will be coordinated locally by the CHRO staff.
