PSST Complaints
Copies of all complaints filed by UNDE members should be faxed to the UNDE National Office - Attention Paul Dagenais, (613) 594-8233.
All UNDE USOs who represent members employed by Treasury Board have received the PSAC PSST Complaint Process training so that they can provide advice and assistance. UNDE USOs do not provide representation at the PSST hearing.
