Module 14 – Discipline Training (under development)

Objective - By the end of this module, participants will be able to:

• List the process and procedures involved with discipline and respective investigations in the PSAC Constitution and the UNDE Bylaws;
• Identify ways that Locals can deal with strike breakers; and
• Identify the role of Essential Service Employees and how the Local can work with them.
