TERMS OF REFERENCE - OPI HUMAN RESOURCES
1. As appointed by the National Executive, to act as UNDE's primary point of contact for matters related to human resources management for Treasury Board employees within DND i.e., training, staffing, grievances, etc.
2. To attend UMCC HR Sub-Committee meetings on a quarterly basis.
3. To report back in writing within 48 hours on all forums attended.
4. Other Human Resources related responsibilities as assigned by the National Executive.
