All nominations shall be submitted on the prescribed form to the National Executive Standing Committee on Honours and Awards, in care of the National President. Applications submitted by a Local shall be reviewed and commented on by the appropriate Vice-President before it is forwarded to the Honours and Awards Committee.

All applications for Honorary memberships in the Union shall be reviewed by the Standing Committee on Honours and Awards who will make appropriate recommendations to the National Executive.
