Life Membership Awarded to Lionel Provost

The National Executive, in session April 26-28, awarded UNDE life membership to Lionel Provost, formerly of Local 907 (DRE) Suffield, Alberta.

Lionel, who is now retired, was an active member since 1977, holding down various local positions from steward to president. Over the next 25 years, he also served as an EG bargaining committee member, then field negotiator for Table 3, and attended many conferences, conventions, and training sessions organized by UNDE and PSAC.

Lionel, and his wife Jan, now spend a lot of time travelling to parts south and abroad.
