National Apprenticeship Program

In June 2005, UNDE was able to reach an agreement with the Department to structure a National Apprenticeship Program.

In June of 2007, UNDE presented a video to the Department that can be used as a recruiting tool at job and career fairs, high schools, and community colleges throughout the country as we proudly promote UNDE members' work at these venues.

Last year, the document ' National Apprenticeship Study for civilian employees' was jointly produced by the Union and the Department. It will be a useful document for Locals to use at future meetings with management when discussing apprenticeship within your local worksites.
